I'm having this problem too. And, what I think might be related, is when I'm highlighting items for a quest, the item hovers stay open until I pass over the item again. It's getting really annoying because it hides the Finish Quest buttons, and it's only happening with quests for me.
quests are fine for me but the AUTOPRICER lags horribly. i go through all the prices and make sure nothing has been terribly undercut but i can not scroll at ALL on the autoprice page.

Quests seem to be working fine for me so far. What lags for me is user shops and the item hover over thing won't load for me at all. I hope the lag gets better for you ^_^.

ironically the quests lagged until i posted here... then the shop search just lagged
