This is the second time in a row that the last day of my GA has got messed up by Subeta glitches. I'm trying to make the most of my GA before it runs out and then something ruins it. No more Gold Accounts for me, this is ridiculous.

Just needed to let that out.

ugh, i'm upset about loosing 2 items with today bugs....i can imagine how you feel.

but i wouldn't worry, you know subeta staff always makes up for things like this ;)

Tell me about all the downtime you've suffered through/lost with your GA?

The last two times I've had a GA it's all got messed up on the last day. I'll probably change my mind sooner or later. I usually do. I just wanted to rant last night. And my GA is still active currently, so woot!

Yeah 2 days of messing up for what, 10-30 minutes, is not really something anyone is going to care overly much about. I understand the frustration, its a valid complaint... But man when you've lived through days of site downtime a on one GA medal you're not going to be overly impressed/sympathetic.

I wasn't trying to impress anyone and I wasn't asking for sympathy. I know loads of other people have suffered far worse than me. I literally just wanted to rant.

Does this have anything to do with losing Tokens or items because of that odd glitch which showed a number? If so, we were instructed to send in a ticket about it.

No, it doesn't. But thank you for the heads up. :-) I was just frustrated at the glitch, but it was dealt with really quickly and the staff were brilliant. I was just frustrated with it all and needed a rant.

Ranting is what this forum is for. Nothing wrong with letting off steam if you're frustrated by a site glitch.

I can understand ranting, I do it all the time when the site fucks up or I make mistakes. But my point was to a lot of us 1 day isn't worth being upset about anymore. It was a casual comment that apparently you've taken to heart.

- I think you are perfectly justified in being annoyed, and having a rant. In my opinion it doesn't matter if it's one day or one week that glitched...it's still frustrating!

I am glad it hasn't put you off using a GA in the future though :)
