Some hrs ago i buyed a So Coy Heavy Chest item from the cash shop.

The strange i want to open the box, i do the common process: Select item->Open item->Yes(to open it)->See items get after opening box->Return to inventory.

But one detail, ¿why i see the box again? I dont know how much this bug its enough a bug or what...

Really i tryed all, restart pc, clean cache+history...

Im still have my So Coy Heavy Chest in my inventory.

I have no idea what more i do, really im clueless...

I tryed already all...¿what more i can try?...

My OS: Windows 7 x64 Browser: Firefox (i dont like the chrome or explorer i got some issues with both programs)...

You have to choose an item when you open it. You don't get everything in it.

Yes, click the item, then you see the list of actions, and i click on "Open", i see the question " Are you sure? YES/NO" and then i click on Yes. I see the items and then suddenly when i click "return to the inventory" (and i tryed out with go to the inventory by the menu too) i see again the box, the item its bugged at the moment i tryed a lot of times and still with out open...

Click the item in the chest that you want. Don't click return to inventory.

I tryed after open it to go to inventory by the menu(menu bar) and is not working too... ¿you know a program to record in a browser and then easy to upload to youtube? i think no one its believe me and are taking me by a fool when i got 2 years and 1st time i got a problem opening something....

I don't know or a program to record sorry. It just sounds like you are skipping a step. I am not trying to say you are stupid. I bought one to see and it is working fine.

1. click on the box...it will ask if you are sure and you select yes.
2. This will bring up a list of all the items available. I clicked on the wig and it came to a new page.
3. It says "You open the So Coy Heavy Chest and grab the following item: So Coy Luscious Locks" and the wig is in my inventory.

So, the item has to been choosed?... e_e i dont noticed of it xD.... -epic facepalm- oh right... i will see what i can choose(i dont choose nothing atm, and im looking the screen of my computer for choose)...

I re edit e_e really its a funny thing of "one choose" xD the text needs a Bold font for be read =w=...

You are very welcome :) but yes, it is like a monthly collection, you have to pick the item you want :D I am going to lock this since we figured it out. Enjoy whatever item you choose!
