I bought Csc yesterday (10$ worth) and got the bonus csc but not my bonus item? any one else have this issue? Should i file a ticket?

What time did you buy it? The promotion ended at 4:00 pm site time so if you bought it after that you shouldn't have gotten the item (or the bonus for that matter). If you definitely purchased it before 4:00 and you did an account search to make sure you didn't vault it or something, then yeah, you should make a ticket.

As stated above, if you bought the CSC before 4 pm please file a ticket!

Since this does not appear to be a bug, I am going to go ahead and lock this thread. :)
