Hm, I don't actually know any item like this, sorry. OH, but if you don't mind on being noseless, you can use one of the Ghouls Liquid Choices, like the one I'm wearing. OR you can buy an Ooh La Layer and claim a Face slot c:

I don't know any other blush item, but if you want other items for cheeks, there is the Pixie Powder, it's on the Body layer :) good luck ^_^

Not exactly blush, but the get your HA red and they're in the body layer: They may look a bit extreme, imo.

Personally, I use the Ooh La Layer. It's much cheaper than a GA and lasts 30 days.
