The Shop Search says it goes for 4.7 mil or so, but the Shop Search has lied to me before. Could I find takers for it? Maybe trade it for something nice? Or am I better off trying to unload it for way cheap?

I think it's new so that's why it's so pricey. You could probably find some buyers if you make a board in the advertising forum.

They're CSC items but you could probably still get them. CSC items are fully tradeable like normal items.
