So for the past several days, the potion lottery hasn't been picking a new winner at midnight. When it finally does reset later in the day (I assume programmers are doing it manually?), instead of listing a winner on the news page, it gives this error:

What's causing this? Is it actually picking a winner, or are we throwing money away by buying tickets?

While we're on this subject, I also want to point out that we seem to get a news alert at the top of the page every time the lottery or Recycle Beast reset, even though there's no news post. Meanwhile, the pet spotlight gets a news post at midnight and there's no news alert associated with it. This is kind of backwards, and should probably be looked into.

I've been wondering about this too. I'm trying for the trophy but I don't want to throw my money away either. Hope you we get an answer so we know for sure!

I have noticed the lottery page itself isnt updating each day. Still says I have bought 260 even though I did that yesterday and shouldnt have any today, or at least I think I shouldnt. Is there an issue with it updating as well? Has it actually reset and just not showing up?

I'm not sure about that. I'll see if I can find out. I just know that a winner was selected yesterday and they received a notification/potion.

I'm confused, I bought tons of tickets a few days ago. And just now I got this: Congratulations on winning a Glade Potion in the Potion Lottery!

I checked the news page and there was nothing. I went back to my inventory, and then i got the "there is new news" notification. i went to see, and now it shows someone else as potion lottery winner?

Did you receive the potion?

I did. Locked in my invent in case something got messed up.

I would send in a ticket about it. It's possible it is an old notification for a few days ago, or perhaps they reset it a few times today while trying to get it to work?

I had the same thing happen last week when everything was starting to get all confuzzled. Sent in a ticket and got it taken care of. Got to keep my potion. Definitely let them know its still happening. =)

That's really weird... I won a Common Potion, so that means we've had at least three winners today.
