I am posting this thread on behalf of my friend who's subeta username is Lariel. She's been unable to get on the website for over a year now, and you can click here to see the message she gets when she attempts to get on subeta. I thought maybe I could get some help for her considering she's waited it out a pretty long time and nothing has changed on it's own. She says she's tried clearing her cache, scanning for viruses, and switching browsers. Is there anything that can be done to help her be able to use the site again?
This is from the FAQ under the Help Section - I don't know whether your friend has tried this but it's worth a shot.

A YEAR o.o Yes, I would definitely email support about this. It may be a matter of events...if you have too many it can break the site for you. She may ask if they can check that and manually clear them for her if that is the problem.

Thank you both. I have told her to send an email to subeta, I don't think she's done it yet though so ill inform her about asking to clear her events.
Is your friend still having trouble accessing the site?
She is. I requested that she email subeta about her issue which she did initially about a couple weeks ago, and I guess she was asked if she's tried using different browsers, which she has and it didn't help. She's also tried using different computers as well as an iPad which hasn't helped. And Subeta has asked her a few more questions via email which she said she has answered and has yet to get a response.
