I am terible at designing HA's and such, and I really would like a nice one so that I can buy some art for it.
So, I'm hoping that someone can create a HA for me? If I like it, I'll give you something from your WL. :) Just make you sure you provide a link when you post your HA suggestion. Oh, also, I'm low on sP, so try to make the HAs a little on the cheap side, if it's possible. But I am not looking for a crazy expensive HA ;D

Nope. Just give me a general idea of what you'd like - base colour, eyes, colours of clothes, general theme, that sort of thing.

hehe okay ;D Colors: Brown and Blue . or . Black and Blue Base Color: 4 Eyes: Dark, any color that matches. Theme: Uhm... Trendyish, haha i actually have no clue, ;D This one os up to you :)
