I'm in need of a billboard. Rather simple, but feel free to be fancy about it.

It needs to have the following images in it, transparent-ed preferably.

and if you can put it somewhere 2 lines of text 1: Enter PHP's Lotto and win! 2: Win items, CSC, sP, and more! Over 1,000 lottos served!

As for the styling, background, etc. I don't particularly know, or care. I just want it to look nice~

State your price, and if you want you can even put your name or w/e in it. It'll be up for probably over 300,000 impressions. Free advertising for you.
