I just lost three Stealth Bomber games in a row without having had a Joker in my hand at any point. Is this a glitch or am I missing something?

Sounds like you guys are having the same issue.

This happened to me a couple of times yesterday as well. I can't go back and check the rules now as I'm past that stage of the event, but I'm pretty sure the rules were that the person who had the Joker at the end lost. :/

Seems like a bug, unless there's something we missed in the rules? If this is a bug and the game becomes available to play after the event, I'd like to see this fixed soon! :)

I haven't lost, exactly, but I've ended up in a situation where I have no choice but to forfeit. There's only one card left in play and it's now impossible for me to make a match and finish the game. Is it supposed to be like that?

It happened several times to me last night, and even after getting the required amount of wins, I haven't been able to figure out any pattern behind it. If there's an actual rule behind it and it's not a bug, I'd have preferred that this rule had been more clearly stated before going into the game.

If you keep trying you should get a match eventually, if you don't lose before then. Though it's not obvious, you are playing against more than one person. Even though you're only shown one card when asked to pick one, there is more than one card still in play. It might take a while to get a match.

I've considered that you're playing against more than one person as well, and that someone else could run out of cards before you do, but the rules say that only the person with the joker loses; that is to say, there are three winners and one loser. If you lose every time someone else runs out of cards first, it should be stated in the rules.

I've lost without having a joker too. It's a bit confusing because a lot of what happens in the game is done automatically, and not shown to you. It's not stated like, Player 2 picks this card from you, Player 4 picks a card from Player 2, etc. You just click and the game does the math. When you're left with one card (or no cards at all) the other players may still have cards (even when it doesn't seem like you have much cards to choose from). There is all this swapping happening "behind the scenes" and you don't know what the outcome will be until you click to continue. So you might think you're safe, you only have one card, or none at all, and it's not a joker. And then by chance, you might be forced to pick the Joker as the only card left (and the game doesn't explain this very well, it just shows that you lost) when you think you were winning. At least, I think that's what might be happening.

This makes a lot of sense. That very well could be what's going on here.

I really like this game and hope it's going to be a permanent feature after the event. It'd be a shame for it to simply vanish after all the work that must have gone into making it.

If it does stick around, it could use a few fixes though. Make it clear that you're up against more than one player, for example. Show which player is taking the turn. And if the above explanation about losing without a Joker is right, make it clear that the Joker was the only card left on the player's turn, causing a loss. That'd make things a lot less confusing! :)

This seemed to be happening to me too, but I figured it was not being able to see the other NPC players.

It might be nice to have an indication (even just text across the top) of who has how many cards. Also that the NPC players are taking turns, could see the "continue" also getting people off-gaurd.
