I filed a ticket and was told it would be best to put this here so... :P Here goes.

I just used an Ooh La Layers without realizing that I already had 3 and it accepted it, even though I couldn't gain another layer slot. While it's not a big deal to me, if someone tries to add it to a layer that has already reached its max, should the item not be refused instead of used?

There is actually a use for layers after 3, they extend the duration of the item, so one of your layers is going to expire in two months instead of one month,
