I just thought maybe it was about time I posted a little something stating I was here.

As a lot of people seem to be saying, I, too, originally came from Neopets. I pretty much played that right when it came out, on a joint account with my mom when I was really little, and my oldest account for myself on there is about eight years old. I was also a long-time memeber of Gaia.

What I like about this site so far is that it takes the better qualities of Gaia and Neopets and throws them together. Plus I really like being a part of a site that doesn't have a mind-blowingly large number of members. It feels more personal this way.

Anyway, I'm done ranting. ^^; -creeps into a corner-

Welcome to Subeta! :D wow you are a looong time neo user then :P haha, I think I joined Neo in 2005 or 2007... can't remember... But I'm rarely on there now D; Thou the plurge made me get on more often, but unfortunately I didn't get anything xD

Thank you! Mmhm, I remember when Neo had only a handful of pets to choose from. o wo; I'm not even sure what the plurge refers to; I stopped playing neopets a while ago. o:

The plurge is literally TNT deleting old accounts that haven't been active for years... So their usernames and their pet's names were available to anyone to create :O Yeah, same here, actually stopped for more than a year, but I would "try" to do dailies :)

How are you liking Subeta so far? Have you made any goals? :D

Ohh wow, that's scary to me. xD Although it's nice for those who want some of the simpler usernames. I kept trying to get on, even did the Neocash thing once, couldn't get into it; didn't feel enough like the "old" neopets, though that's a tired excuse that everyone uses. >w<

I think Subeta is great thus far. I think my only goal so far is to maybe one day make my Paralix a Nightmare Paralix... I feel I don't really know enough about what's on the site yet to have any other major goals. xD

haha that's the excuse I use xD Because it is what we feel :P

That is a good goal to start! :D My first goal was to turn Emmah into the pet she is now :3 I got lucky and won a potion in the potion lottery and that's how I achieved my goal :) You should try your luck too! :D Click

Hmm, well Subeta just started doing Weekend's Quests :O This weekend's quest is Maleria :D Some people have gotten really lucky and received very rare prices from her ;) So definitely give her a try, but set a limit on how much to spend :O Specially since lots of the items that she is asking have inflated in price ;(

I was reading up on some of the people you can do quests for on Subeta, and found a little guide on how much you should spend on certain quests, so that should come in handy.

Hi Emile, welcome to subeta! I'm Ashley^^ I used to play neopets but my account got frozen. Anyways, there are a lot of great things you can do here. This game is pretty much addicting and fun.

Welcome to Subeta! I'm a recent Subeta player, and I'm also on Neopets. I was on Neopets starting in 2007, but I'm still on the site. I like the variety of games, but I'm not too fond of the social aspects on the site. Here on Subeta, there's more freedom to say what you want. Unlike many people who came from Neopets, I'm still very active there. I do like the fact it's easier to earn sP here from the quests and games. I never was on Gaia, so I know nothing about that site.
