I can't buy anything from the stores whenever I try to! Is this a bug?

Do you have sP on hand?

Perhaps your inventory is full? Use your vault to store items you don't need to carry around with you.

Not your vault, your inventory. What happens when you click on something you want to buy in the shops?

Remember to ping someone when you reply to them in the forums. Either click the yellow triangle in the right hand corner of their post, or add the @ sign in front of their username when you type. :-) For example, I just pinged you, so you got an alert. I see also commented on this thread. When you ping someone, they know to come back to the thread. :-)

Whenever I buy things, the price thing says "that is not enough for a product this quality" or something!

That means you are not bidding high enough for the item.

That means you aren't offering enough sP for the item when you make your offer. You have to bid hire. For example, if you're trying to buy an item that is priced at 2200 sP, it won't accept 1700 sP.

Well, I always bid a higher price than the item's real cost! For example, it cost 2,210. I bid exactly 2, 210 the first time, but it won't accept it. So I bid higher, but it still won't accept it!

If you are inputting the comma, then that is your problem. Just use 2210.

Are you entering a comma when you input your bid? If so, that is why it's not working; the system will only read numbers before the comma. Try entering without the comma.
