I really like the bright colors and I think it is balanced pretty well. (: The eyes throw me a little bit because of the red color, but other than that i like it a lot. I'll give you an 8.5/10

A good color scheme, as well as consistent. I'm not one for bright/neon colors though, so I'd say 8/10

I'll sat 9/10 but the shoes should always match the hem of your skirt...
