There is no need to screenshot the avatar, the first post on there will explain everything for you. The item on that HA, however, is not an actual item. It's a personalized tattoo. Subeta Ink is the place to do customized tattoos. The page explains things, but if you have further questions ask me in comments and I can explain things to the best of my knowledge. Also, if you you time/like to figure things out yourself/etc/etc, you can always try the "All Clothing On Subeta" drop-down option in the wardrobe. You can change up how many items are shown on each page, and brows through each category.
