Well your main set is pretty decent, you may want to invest in a Phoenix Quill when they return to the Millionaire Center. Extra healers that don't take the heal slot are ideal for pets as they grow stronger. May want to only use your Shuriken if you're in dire need of damage I'd swap it for your Malice. The dripping vial I'd swap for your Deluxe Death Shard. And just switch out some weapons every now and then depending on the challenger you're facing.

Also may want to invest in a healing scroll as well. Soothing Current or Terra Focujin or Divine Denizen are good ones to look into as well.

Ah, thank you so much for the help! :D I definitely intend to use my Malice and DDS as soon as my pet is strong enough haha, but you're right, I should definitely look into getting my hands on some healers, and I definitely need to grab some decent scrolls. @

Yea, its a little unfortunate. :/ I got lucky and found someone willing to sell me one at the official price.

Depending how serious you plan on getting, you could look into

Rainbow Vortex - full blocker, once per battle Soma Tablets - blasts an opponent weapon into a pillbox, random chance for curse, blessing Reviver of the Lion - heals 90%, once per battle Twisted Rift Blade - tier 7, 25 dark damage, 4-6% heal, really cheap. Large Gutting Knife - tier 8, 7% heal, solid damage, good chance to full block light. I only mentioned this because its relatively cheap when compared to its usefulness.

You could just wait for the best deals as you train your pet.
