I have a pic from a screenshot that I took of my character on Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Unfortunately, as you can see, when the pic is enlarged it becomes blurry. I would really appreciate it if someone who can draw human figures would re-draw the pic for me. The figure would need to be at least 700px or 800px high as I use a 1600x900px screen resolution. I'm willing to offer a tip if someone could do a great job on it without it costing me an absolute fortune. Unfortunately I'm not all that sP well off and requesting CSC as payment is out of the question as I just can't physically afford it IRL.

HERE is a link to the image. The gems in his circlet are sapphires and there is a pale, icy blue hue to his armour and shield as it is Stalhrim armour. HERE is a pic of the armour as it should look.
