O: MASTER FRODO!! I have to rate it because I'm Samwise c:
6/10 it's nice, but it's sort of just the Halfling costume set. Maybe if you give him a walking stick and a backpack, for hiking across the Shire. And see if you can use some items outside of the set. With the background, hobbit feet and hair, it'll still look like Frodo.

9/10 that is awesome. I think it's perfect but maybe a walking stick would add more effect to it.

I found two staffs that were kind of woodsy but I don't know if they'll work. I'm sure your HA will be okay without them.
Well I guess I'm no help if you want suggestions, because I just have to give 10/10. He's just too cute and precious ❤
I don't know what the Halfling set is like, but I like it! 9/10 Also, another suggestion for the staff:
I have to agree with Samwise - you don't deserve a high rating if you simply use the entire costume set. Granted, there are additions of your own, but the main part of the HA is from the costume set.

It's also from the same set but I know he had a glowing sword so I would have used the Halfling Magical Blade myself instead of a walking stick.
