I'm usually a huge rock and roll fan but lately I've found myself enjoying kind of dance pop bands such as the ting tings and electronic stuff like daft punk.

I was wondering if anyone could introduce me to some songs that REALLY make you wanna get up and shake it? :D I'd really like to discover some more dance rock stuff. I'll share a few that I love: Franz Ferdinand - Michael The Black Keys - Lonely Boy Metro Station - Shake it

I don't know if it's just me, but I find these songs very danceable: Arcade Fire - Neighborhood (Power Out) Arctic Monkeys - Brianstorm Blur - Girls and Boys And pretty much all the non-calm Franz Ferdinand songs...

You have awesome taste :D I absolutely love arcade fire! ❤ Power Out gave me the chills when heard it for the first time (In a good way that is) Brianstorm is also very good (Used to think it was called brainstorm and wondered why I couldn't find it on youtube) Haven't heard boys and girls yet but it was on just dance so I think I'm going to check it out.

So do you then :D Power Out is absolutely beautiful, I love it. Well, I love anything by Arcade Fire! It's one of those bands that I can't even choose a favourite album, they're all so absolutely amazing ❤ Boys and Girls is more, er, dance-ish than the others, it's not really rock, but even though it took me a while to get into Blur, now they're one of my favourite bands! You should definitely check it out! (I also like to dance to Song 2. Well, not really dance... More like just jump around!...)

No argument there! I was so happy for them when they won a grammy last year. Faith in humanity RESTORED! :D I just did :) Though, I must honestly say that I prefer song 2. I remember when I first heard it, I didn't know the name so I had to google the lyrics from my memory for ages. (WORTH IT!!!)

Yes! I was so happy and surprised, I didn't expect them to get the Grammy, even though they really deserved it! The Suburbs was genius! I prefer Song 2 too. To be honest, I didn't even like Girls and Boys until a while ago!... I like to dance to this one too! It has a good beat.

I think groovy is an excellent word to describe this song! It's actually not Pat, but it could as well be, because I really really like him as well :D It's actually the guitarist from Blur, Graham Coxon! (I'm reeeeally into Blur right now, for some reason :P)

Oh, and I just remembered another great song! It's from a really new band so it's not known at all... But I'm really loving them so far! The singer's voice sounds almost identical to Arctic Monkeys' Alex Turner sometimes BAM BAM! Shotguuun BAM BAM! Woman!
