Here. I don't know the exact source of it, but I think it was based off of a vector someone made. You might be able to find it on a site like ponibooru or DA if you look.

Not really. It's more of just an image bank for MLP: FiM. People upload pictures and screenshots they've made/found from everywhere. Some of them are explicit, though, so watch out if you'd be made uncomfortable by that. d:
