I recommend Item Hunter, Shinwa and Saggitarius as far as quests go. Item Hunter gives you steadily more sP as you do more quests, but if you fail one you drop right back to the start. For Shinwa you do a bunch of other guys' quests for a chance to get a really good reward. Some of Shinwa's reward items sell for over 1mil, while others are virtually worthless. Saggitarius gives you a lot of sP as well, but a good rule of thumb is to not play more than roughly 25k per item that he asks for. Anything above that and chances are he'll screw you over.

You might also wanna do Wizard Quests, because the tokens he rewards you with sell for an okay price, and more importantly, you use them at the token shop and in vending machines.
