I'd really like to have some light shed onto my situation here, so any help is much appreciated. I've been having problems connecting both Subeta &Facebook accounts together. Facebook connect is totally unresponsive to me in the 'customize sidebar' feature. When I click the 'add' link, the page does refresh however everything remains the same as before.

Extra info: I use chrome || No, my pop-up settings isn't disabled || I do have ad-block however I have paused it for the time being. Anything else?

I tried adding the Facebook widget to my sidebar to see what was going on, and it's not showing up for me either. It has added a thin blue box at the bottom of my sidebar, which I assume is supposed to be the Facebook widget.

Under the "Your Widgets" section here, I had an extra [x] to remove a widget, but no name listed for a widget. The link to remove it was http://subeta.net/preferences.php?act=sidebar&wact=delete&widget= (there should be a number on the end).

I've checked my custom CSS, and there's nothing there to remove Facebook options.

I'll go right ahead &get rid of that 'x', since I've noticed it there without a name too:) Hopefully this should work, kinda disappointing that you can't remove your fb option easier though.

You'll probably find you can't get rid of that X because the link is incorrect.

Under the "Your Widgets" section, you need to count every [x] until you reach the one with no widget name. Copy and paste this link, and add that number to the end: http://subeta.net/preferences.php?act=sidebar&wact=delete&widget=

That should get rid of it.

Yah, I was wondering why it wasn't working. 'x' is removed (yay!), however it's upsetting that the Facebook link doesn't work with(out) it. I'm assuming its a bug &needs to get fixed.

Connecting to facebook is broken, has been broken, and has been temporarily removed to be fixed, last I heard. http://subeta.net/forums.php/read/798534/-Cannot-Connect-to-Facebook I don't know, maybe it was supposed to be re-added but as far as I know it's removed at the moment.

Thanks for the info. I didn't realise they had removed it. Would help if the option to add it to sidebar was removed too.

As mentioned, this feature was intentionally removed for the time being. :)
