I can not buy CSC because every time I go to the "payments" site it redirects the normal "http" site to "https". I already tried clearing cache etc. but I still get linked to "https" everytime :/

Which browser are you using? Are you getting any messages about "mixed content" being blocked?

I am using the newest version of firefox. I saw that subeta does randomly changes between "http" and "https" on some parts of the site, today. I am trying to use pbc/ucg. Paypal and Stripe seem to work fine but I can not use those (and I also already bought a card I want to use... :/)

Yeah, that sounds like mixed content blocking. Others have been having similar issues: So many things not working...

There should be a shield icon on Firefox to let you disable protection on the page. See here.

The PBC button doesn't respond for me either, but once mixed content is no longer being blocked, it works.

Removing the protection is only temporary. Unless something's fixed to stop this being a problem, you'll probably have to disable the protection again next time you want to buy CSC via PBC.
