Hello! I just bought a redeemable hair item from the Cash Shop, , and I went to try and use it and when I did, it didn't come up?

I tried clicking on other hairstyles just in case any other's weren't working, or my computer wasn't done loading, and they all loaded except this one... I also tried to see if it would work if I saved the hair by wearing it, then going to my clothing to see if it was on, but when I did where it shows the HA, it was all black. The whole box was black!

I figured maybe I should give it some time before I put it on. So, I went into the hair salon, took it off, and went on several other sites for about 10 mins or so. After waiting for it to cache, I went back into the Hair Salon, and it still isn't working! It's still showing the black box, and thankfully it doesn't show up in the forums as my HA.

Anyways, I was just wondering if I should continue waiting, or can you perhaps help me?

I redeemed it, I can see it on the hairstyles list :o want me to screenshot what happens when I try and wear it?

This is also giving me trouble. I bought the same wig, redeemed it but instead of a black box, my avatar's skin colour turned dark brown. ^^; I cleared my cache and history but it still won't load.

The thread linked below has information about that wig (and the male wig that was released at the same time). Amber said that she already alerted the programmers so I am sure it will be fixed soon.
