I am looking to get special art for my friend who's birthday is in three days from now. So I would need the art before Oct. 27th. I will be willing to pay as much as 4.7 mil in sP and whatever I have in my shop can go with this.

What I need drawn is: Astarte in the dragon/borzai mix form. My friend loves roses so rose petals like falling around Astarte would be wonderful or like Astarte holding a rose in the mouth is also nice.
