See, I was recently doing Shinwa's Quest in order to raise my current active pet's intelligence, and Shinwa had sent me to Maleria.

After I completed a quest for Maleria, I received a syntax error instead of the reward screen, so I just clicked the back arrow. Apparently, the syntax error took the item with it, but lacked to give me any reward. Unfortunately, I did not really know this if this affected anything, but about 10 quests later, I still did not receive Shinwa's Bracelet Shard , so I was looking to see if I could get some help?

I've even checked back with Shinwa, multiple times, and she continues to send me back to Maleria. I'm really confused, so anything at all would be really appreciated.

From what I've learned from the Ticket I had just filed, Shinwa should not request 6 Shards of her bracelet.

I am currently using a Windows 8 laptop, and I've never had this problem before.

I don't know about the error, but there is no shard . The final piece to bring to Shinwa to earn the reward is .

I know, and I'm very aware of that. I think it may be a bug, and I may just give up on the quest in order to fix it. I feel like that'd be the only real solution to the problem.

That's a recurring bug. You most likely will have to quit the quest, I don't think, staff can reimburse you for the quest.
