Anyway, I've been thinking about this for awhile. It's a contest for this comic I would like to do. And I don't like making characters. So, your job is making a design for the comic.

The comic did have a title but I decided it didn't fit. But there are characters.

What I need are a few villians. For Trainers: What you need to do is draw them, personality, little story, name, and pokemon. For Pokemon: It can either be a team of them or a single one. Small story, personlity, name, moves.

Villian Trainers: For the human trainers, they work under this certain Team Rocket character I made, Sinopa. Sinopa is strict and doesn't really care for subordinates that she takes care of. She has three that work for her.

Pokemon Villians: I'm not sure if I want any yet, I'll still think about it.

Here are the characters in it now: Main Humans x Main Pokemon Pokemon Villians

So, in general, this is all going in Kanto, everything is happening in Kanto, the Pokemon can be from Gen1 to Gen4. Please tell me if your interested, if I don't get enough people to join this contest I won't do it at all.

As there aren't any on-site rewards and the "prize" is the character(s) appearing in your comic, please post a note that in making submissions, they are agreeing to sign over all rights to those characters to you and that you will be using them as you see fit (possibly for profit?) It would also be appreciated if you ask people not to submit character designs that they intend to continue using for themselves or that they are particularly attached to as they'll basically become your property with the way you have this "contest" set up.

Furthermore, you need to post an end date not to exceed 3 months from the start date so that you are in compliance with our contest rules.

I understand it's an online comic (I mentioned that it may or may not be for profit because online comics can still be used to generate revenue via page ads, donation requests, etc.), but the legal issues remain the same and the same notices still need to be posted and explained so that contestants understand what they are getting themselves into here.
