It's not a bad thing at all, "the king" we are referring to is . xD I almost pronounced it as "ih-sah-neh" in my head (Asian moment, orz - but really, I tend to read a lot of names as if they were read in a syllabically-straightforward fashion, so ;A; ) To be fair, the only things Google is giving me right now about Issane is from a character from a Burmese film, as well as a few people with the name, and a place in Algeria. xD It's a beautiful name though.
