I got my loyalty box today and chose the pet slot token. I used it but unfortunately I am not able to create another pet. When I did use it, I believe it said I could have "8 pets" but I already had 9. I wanted to have a 10th pet but I guess the token didn't work? Is this a glitch?

Per the Loyalty Pet Slot Totem description, "This item, when used, will give you one extra pet slot. You must have a GA active to use it, and you cannot trade or sell it. This item is just for you!"

You can activate additional pet slots on your account using it without having an active Gold Account, but you do need to have an active Gold Account in order to fill the additional pet slots gained from it. :)

Oh boy - figures... should have read the fine print, lol.
