I can work from descriptions as well as photos and other refs.

I can attempt to draw nearly anything for you but beware I have never draw somethings (cough cough hairy manly men) but bare with me I can try. Worst case scenario just pay me scraps and dirt if it comes out as shotty as I warn you. But for the most part I can draw; haven't turned a person away to date :D

Um, also, could you do ref based from words? I don't have any images on either:

^ cat lady >> she's a typical cat lady, except she's young, in her mid twenties. She seems to always have at least one kitty with her, no matter where she goes (even when she thinks she got away from them!). She has shoulder length brown hair that isn't taken care of all girly like (so, pretty much a messy bun, just thrown up in a pony tail or just loose). She doesn't wear anything fancy, real girly, or dainty. Pretty much prefers comfort over anything.

^ kiili >> she's a bit more difficult to describe. Pretty much, she controls fire (the pet TC is all candles and the like). She has Brown hair that goes down her back (it's dark brown, close to black in color) and it's kinda wavy. She dresses in a laid back punk style, kind of. Her shirts are always tight and mostly in blacks or other dark colors. she prefers jeans/pants but sometimes wears shorts and short skirts. She always shows a serious expression that can be taken as angry or pissed off.

I'd like both to be chibis, so, um, how about 5mil for both? I'd offer in USD but I have to wait to spend real monies right now -_-

Oh, haha XD I forget important facts. Cat lady has the norm "fair skin" and I really don't have an eye color picked out for her (haven't gotten that far in her story), so for her, just whatever works best ^^

Killi has slightly olive skin, but more on the lighter side. Her eyes are a reddish brown color.
