I don't know if it's a problem or what, but some similar items are not grouping together like they should. For example if you look in my gallery here, items like the laces and sugar cookies are grouped together (similar items) but ones like the Marshmallow Bats, Foil Pumpkin Coins, Gummy Brains, are a little more scattered. I thought they would be grouped together because I have it sorted by item id.

It might just be that the items weren't entered together. It sometimes happens. But if you like I can leave this open for further confirmation.

Destiny is right. It's organized by item id, which is determined by the order that items were created. Sometimes an entire item set will be created at the same time, and other times (like during events when there are hundreds of new items) they might be uploaded in a somewhat arbitrary order, so they won't have consecutive item ids and won't be grouped together that way.
