I've got three muses, two of them have been obtained by buying them in the Token Shop (Galactic and Deligtful Muse) and as a free gift (Comedic Muse), but when I tried to transform them, they didn't change at all. I tried at least two or three times, but still won't transform.

What can I do, then? Shall I write a ticket? Is there any other solution?

They do transform. On the page after you select to transform it, you have to actually click on the new version.

Oh, sorry! I thought there was actually a problem with the Muses! Anyway, thank you for helping me! ;)
