I think you can file a ticket about that as it was out of your control.

Definitely file a ticket. The mods should be able to help you.

Part of that time was me going do I want to spend 25 mil. Before I clicked when I decided to go for it, the site went down. So, I do not believe it is ticket worthy.

If I had bought it, and then site went down, I would be more inclined to say it was an issue. :)
