I was doing a quest for him, and I clicked "I have all the items" and instead of giving me a prize, I just get that message where he says I don't have enough money to do quests for him... I was thinking maybe if my money gets too low while I'm on my quest for him, this message would make sense. But I took some extra sP out of the bank and he still says it. Hmm....

You have to have at least 750,000 sP to do his quests, even if you do have the items. Perhaps some good advice would be to carry at least 850,000 sP on hand before doing his quests (and don't spend more than 20K per item).

Ohhhhh! Okay, because before I could've sworn he let me accept the quest at 400k sP, must've been an error though obviously! Thanks for clearing that up :)

Also, you don't have to have all the money on hand, it can be in your vault - but he won't count any money in shop tills, just vault and onhand.
