I'm trying to formulate a good list of songs for Halloween that have a good mixture of classics, rock, new stuff, instrumentals, vampire club music, etc. I already have plenty of horrorcore (rap) but I don't want to listen to just that on my playlists.
Some others I have are Time Warp and Sweet Transvestite from Rocky Horror, and Marilyn Manson's version of This is Halloween, and Halloween by The Misfits.
SO.. what would YOUR Halloween playlist look like?
Ooo Misfits. Dig Up Her Bones is a good Halloween song. Living Dead Girl, What?, and Dragula by Rob Zombie, Voodoo and Moon Baby by Godsmack, Let It Burn by Avatar, Of Wolf and Man by Metallica, and probably some others I can't think of. Maybe some Tool songs. The Bird and the Worm by The Used.

Already compiled most of mine for a party! For atmospherics, try Midnight Syndicate - great background spookiness. Rob Zombie/White Zombie tracks are always good. I go for quite an eclectic mix, I have: The Wolf Man Kindly Requests by Clutch, The Ballad Of Robert Moore & Betty Coltrane by Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Teddy by Razor Blade Kisses, Little Ghost by The White Stripes, Schism by Tool, Miseria Cantare by AFI, Die Young Stay Pretty by Blondie, Grimly Fiendish by The Damned, Black Celebration by Depeche Mode, Vampires by Godsmack...
to name some suggestions, and a lot of tracks by Electric Frankenstein Vince Ray & the Boneshakers Wednesday 13 / Frankenstein Drag Queens
Happy Hauntings!
