Craving a 1x1 Skin Deep-esque RP!

I may be a bit out of practice for a traditional RP but I am hoping to get back into it. In terms of partners, I am quite honestly looking for almost anyone at the moment as I have not done a serious roleplay in quite some time and I am hoping to clean the rust off of my skills.
I would prefer a fantasy based RP, such as with mythological creatures living in a regular society, or my total love is mythological creatures living in an enclosed area which is secret to humans, similar to the Avalons in the webcomic Skin Deep or The Farm/Fabletown in the comic Fables.
I have some ideas right now, but I am completely open to suggestions so if anyone is interested feel free to smail or comment on this thread!
My preferred means of roleplaying in order from most liked to least is as follows: Skype messaging, email, smail and comments. I would prefer a moderately literate rp'er but I am perfectly alright with someone inexperienced as I am admittedly a little out of practice.
If there is anything I have forgotten, please feel free to ask as I have not made one of these topics in a very long time.
I am mainly looking for something long term and I tend to be online during most of the day thanks to my phone/laptop so I like being able to go back and forth relatively quickly. I live in the US but I am alright with rp'ing with people from different time zones as I've gone back and forth with friends from Germany on occasion and I am perfectly alright with just a few replies a day!

Sorry if this comes out hella clunky, I'm kind of half asleep over here so I might not be entirely coherent, haha.
Ok, so the biggest thing I've had in mind right now is that humans and fantasy creatures live together in a sort of harmony. Humans generally have no knowledge of fantasy creatures (fc for short, I can't think of a better word) and the fc's are pretty much ok with this. Most of the fc's can easily coexist with humanity thanks to various magic spells or natural shapeshifting abilities, however, those that are unable to pass as human must remain in small hidden cities known as Enclaves.
Beyond that...I'm not really sure what I'm looking for, haha. I'm kind of just into the idea of a newcomer coming into an Enclave bar or something and developing a relationship (friendly/romantic/whatever you want)
Alternatively, a human accidentally finding an Enclave and trying to fit in or something. Perhaps a human who's a genetic throwback or something would be neat too. Pretty much any species you can imagine is fair game, demons, fairies, literally anything from any myth or Dungeons and Dragons game is chill with me. I'm ok with doing romantic stuff if you want, but I'm not too into erotica--I'm more of the "fade to black" type.

I might be interested in a fantasy rp. I'm a bit rusty myself so we should be able to get along as far as that goes. I have a male shapeshifter that I'd like to try, but I do have a few others. I prefer email to rp through as I can check it on my phone while at work or anywhere. I don't have any plot ideas but I'd be happy to hear yours as well as discuss whatever comes to mind.
I'm catching a cold right now so I may poof in a while to try and get some sleep before this plague worsens.
Alright, I'll smail you in a few minutes so we can discuss this and I can send you my email. Yeah, using email is a big thing with me as well. I'm at my university most of the time so it's convenient to be able to go on in between classes and have something to do.

Ugh stomach flu. I had one a few weeks ago and it was horrible and miserable. I was at work when it started and had to run to the restroom a few times to empty my poor stomach. I had like a half an hour left of my shift but couldn't make it and had to go home where I continued long into the night to empty my stomach, despite there being nothing in it. I was miserable. But, thankfully it lasted only a day, where I've had one last en entire week. Hopefully this one is just a bit of a cold and that's it.

Oh man, that's horrid. Fortunately, I wasn't working as I took the summer off to work on sewing stuff, but....eughhhhhh. I can't imagine. That must have been horrible. Have you ever tried that Emergen-C stuff? My roommate insists that it does pure magic for her when she's getting a cold.

I've tried it as well as that airborne stuff and it doesn't seem to work for me. But then again, I haven't tried it in a few year so I should probably give it another go. Oh it was horrible. Imagine not being able to stop yourself from throwing up. Nothing in your stomach, not even acid or spit. I was heaving, it was so bad. And then as soon as I made it back to my bed I had to turn around and go through it again. And then a coworker of mine got it like a day later. So that plague went around quickly at work but hopefully whatever this is goes away just as quickly.
