I had all my organs taken from me yesterday (which was around twelve hours ago...) and still the achievement has not unlocked for me. :(

Yep, same here. And when I go to my achievements page, if I click on the "show achievments" button for Organ Donor, nothing happens.

EDIT: Also, I'm getting the "Have your X harvested" achievements twice? Just got Boogie Monster for the second time.

Sadly that happened to my friend too and she had to be harvested all over again. Have you tried to claim your title, go here: Claim Title Just in case it shows up
