So I tried changing my name with an ISS. I kept typing in my password and it keeps saying invalid password. I KNOW its the right password and I tried it at lease 5 times, but I still keep gettiing the same thing.

It's a common error, just change your pw and try again, that does the trick. Afterwards you can switch back to your old pw if you want though it's better to change it from time to time.
