How or where to Find a Raffle Ticket ?

Raffle tickets hardly ever appear for me. In my time here on Subeta, I've enountered 3 or 4 but those were all for random FBook postings (from achievements gained and such). Have yet to find one here on the forums. But then, I haven't posted much yet. heh
