I am looking to do a HA on this outfit without having any custom items in the mix. Well, I was on arvee.com for awhile and the only thing i can find that looks remotely like that outfit is the Wretched Officer Coat. But of course, it has to be 500CSC...can someone please help me find items that look like that outfit.

NOTE: I am looking at the guy in the picture because the girl just looks freaky.
