Everything QQ Literally every item on my wishlist is on sale, and I've been storing up a little (read: tiny amount because of my obsession with CSC) money for it~~~ Most of the stuff I want is 50-75% so yay! :D I'll probably grab Left4Dead2 today, since it's a daily savings~~~~
What are you buying?

I don't have steam (I wish i did though) XD
I would buy Don't Starve!
[Item=Pink Bellflowers]
It wasn't part of the summer sale, but Half Life 2 was marked down yesterday and I got that. Also Alice Madness Returns (which was cheaper yesterday than it is for the summer sale!). And I'm about to go buy Amnesia ^-^
Wasn't that the Daily Deal or something?
Hey guys, a tip
[Item=Pink Bellflowers]
Something like that I guess. And Amnesia was the only thing I got so far that wasn't a daily deal or any of that but I don't care because I was almost going to pay full price for it two weeks ago XD Oh, and I got a game that was a dollar and looked pretty cute. But the only summer sale thing I got was a daily deal :o
Got Hotline Miami (which I would highly recommend) + soundtrack, Cave Story and Lone Survivor. They were each like 2 bucks. I'm hoping XCOM goes on sale for cheap, because I really want to play it at some point. Maybe Chivalry because it looks like it would be fun to play with my brother.
Why don't you have Steam, Ipsi?
There is a steam user forum group!

well I was kind of like "I already have all these games from last year...and Christmas...and all the other PC game sales..." But then I decided to grab Hotline Miami because I've been wanting to play it, and then I saw that Borderlands 2 was only $10, and I'm pretty sure it's just going to be a massive downward spiral from here.
halp
also amazon and gamersgate are having great summer sales right now as well.
Eh, I don't know. Whatever catches my eye. Today I bought the Dragonborn DLC for Skyrim because I still needed it and I bought Scribblenauts because it was cute, cheap, and I want to get my 10 year old cousin playing it instead of CoD. I was considering Dragon Age, but was undecided. All the deals should repeat the last day of the sale, so, if I change my mind, i'll be ok. I'll probably end up buying Guns of Icarus because it looks fun. I really don't know what else. Maybe a good rpg or a puzzler.
Nothing yet in this sale. A bunch of wishlist items are pretty cheap right now, but not buying them just now :P Waiting for some really exciting offers and making sure to vote for good options in the polls ^^

Don't buy a game unless its in a featured sale

I don't know what i'm buying today. Sales are hard, man. Probably picking up GTA IV during the community choice for it. I haven't played in forever and I could use some GTA in my life right now. Maybe Chivalry and Legends of Grimrock too? I don't know. I have to think.
Edit: Also, can anyone here give me their opinion of Just Cause 2. It looks terrible from the preview and the consensus online seems to be that it is pretty terrible, but it's also really fun. What makes it really fun?
I snagged Far Cry 3 and plan on getting Bioshock Infinite after I get to the bank later today.
I may get Fez and GTA if I get super tempted.

My laptop cant handle a lot of the games on sale which makes me sad but I bought Just Cause 2 for $2.99. Hopefully whenever I buy a new laptop it can run that. I'm thinking about buying Awesomenauts. I also just bought far cry 2 during the flash sale.
Before I give you my opinion on the game, I want to say that I played this game on my ps3 because of playstation plus. So, having said that this game is probably one of my favorites I've ever played. The missions are pretty diverse (something I hated about GTA4, it got so boring to just go here and kill this guy). It honestly reminds of a 90s action movie, explosions, chaos and bad acting. The entire world is open from the start and it is gigantic with no loading screens. If you want to go to the mountain in the distance? Go right ahead. The world itself is pretty bland, but the views you come across while exploring are quite amazing. So what makes it really fun? If you have some time check out these videos on youtube, it shows off the craziness of the game. Keep in mind everything you see in the distance you can go to and explore.
13 Ways to Die Bloopers, Glitches & Silly Stuff
tl;dr - I've had a ton of fun playing this game and I definitely recommend it. It's over the top but doesn't take itself seriously. If you like open world games, this is one to check out.
I'll check out those videos, thanks. I LOVE open world games. That why I was still considering it.
I have Awesomenauts! So I can tell you a bit about that. So, awesomenauts is pretty much a platformer moba combined with all the Saturday morning cartoons you remember as a child. Games are pretty fast ranging, on average, from 8-30 minutes. The gameplay is very fun and fast, unlike more traditional competitive mobas and the community is generally pretty decent. You still get some people that take it way too seriously. My favorite little thing is that every naut has their own killstreak music. The music is seriously awesome. I like to play by myself against bots too. You can pick a difficulty for them and kind of just chill out. You get levels and unlocks from it too. It's a good way to get all the Nauts unlocked fast. They unlock based on level, but if you go prestige, they'll stay unlocked when you reset to level one. I'd highly recommend it. I bought it on a whim last steam sale and it is worth every penny.
Edit: I will give one criticism for you, though. I've heard people saying that the matchmaking in the game is terrible. I'm usually a pretty decent player, so I really don't notice, but I have heard a lot of people complaining that they get matched with people way above their skill level. If you've played other MOBA and kind of get to know all the nauts (There aren't too many.), you should be fine though. I think it's just people who like to complain about loses.
There is also a just cause multiplayer mod that is in beta testing right now. It looks hilariously awesome and fun. The game itself is single player only.
Awesomenauts sounds pretty fun and competitive when you put it like that. I I might wait for the flash sale but it is on my wishlist right now :D
Summer Sale Day 3:
Tomb Raider -75% Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army -66% The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition -75% StarDrive -66% Might & Magic Heroes VI -66% RPG Maker VX Ace -66% Age of Empires II HD -50% Resident Evil 6 / Biohazard 6 -50% Mars: War Logs -50% Borderlands 2 -66%

As an added note: All the Tomb Raider games that aren't the new featured one are 91% off. So, almost all of them are like .75 cents.
So, today i'll probably just buy Blood Bowl Chaos Edition and maybe one or two of the older tomb raiders for fun.
