SEEKING ARTIST ::: "glowing" horns?

For morostide, I want to have my own pair of horns made. I know there are all kinds of horn cw's that exist now, but I have yet to see a pair of horns that emit a glow... like green, red, purple, orange, blue.... I thought it would be a neat idea to see what they could possibly look like, different variations, etc.
Any artist out there willing to make a pair of glowing horns?

Uhm, I'm honestly not trying to offend, but I highly doubt people would be willing to draw this for that amount. I think the average going price for something like this would be around 1.5k, but that honestly depends on the artist. From my experience, just a CI can be worth around 500-600 CSC (slot price) since I've drawn CIs alone for some people. :'I
you're not offending at all. =) It's still all a learning process for me, commissioning cw's. I have gotten many cw's made for around that price, but I can always go higher, no problem. I'll adjust it to 1.2k.... I think that's the most I can go for right now.
