Yes, I know this was posted in the wrong place, but I have no idea why.

Now I regret posting that confession on Subeta Confessions - it was more of a question though, than anything else. However, since someone had apparently blocked me, yet I can see their posts, I was really scared when I saw the update, because I thought pings would still get through. For instance, what if the person who blocked me frequents the Custom Wearables subforum, and is thus subject to receiving pings from forum groups like .customwear or .cwcritique (assuming that they are still in that forum group.) I'm glad to know that they don't receive a ping, but the stipulation on trying to contact a blocked user counting as harassment still leaves me confused, possibly because English isn't my first language, and thus, a lot of things appear ambiguous to me, or require further explanation. (Apologies for that run-on sentence.)

Or maybe I'll forget that the person blocked me, OR had someone else who blocked me. I also lurk the Advertising forums, so it'd be difficult to know whether the person is just avoiding me, or doesn't see my posts because I'm blocked. From what I stated in the confession, in a few other sites, people are not allowed to post on any content by the user that blocked you - that is, you can't even post on a forum thread made by a person who blocked you.

I am not arguing - I just need clarification, so that I can understand what I should be doing about this.

[edit]... Uh, that was a reply to THIS thread. This is the THIRD time that my post landed on a non-existent/deleted topic, and became its OP. Just clarifying, for people who'll read this. It's an issue I've been getting since October 2011, and I have no idea what causes it.
