Last night before I went to bed, I had 10 and 8 (for wins) for each category. I just wanted to make sure I didn't have to worry about playing it if i didn't want to. So I at least got the max for playing. Now both of them are 0 this morning. :(

I dont think they clear it because my scores were at 1 when I started this morning. Never mind. I was still playing after midnight last night.

I am assuming some kind of glitch? Because if it does this for each game, then kind of sucks. XD I mean I have full points now it is a lot easier to play, but kind of wasted all my time yesterday.

It's a daily counter. It resets each day. You still have the points you earned yesterday, but the counter will only show your points earned today.

How would that work for new games though? So could you possibly get double points for each game?

I'm not sure. I guess that will depend on how long each game stays featured.

I know there's a thread similar to this problem a little down the page, and said there that by the end we'll be able to earn up to ~200 points a day, but I have no idea how it will work.

From my understanding on other topics, the BONUS points will only be available on the daily featured game, but we can still earn points by playing previous featured games. So I guess that the whole idea of it being possible to get 200 points a day by the end would be if you played ALL the games they're eventually going to focus on in EPICon, plus getting the daily bonus points.

exactly. which is why i personally don't foresee very many people getting all of the possible points for the event :P

and in saying that i would just like to reiterate something i've said elsewhere that when we do prizes we don't consider the maximum possible points. we only consider the actual statistics of how many points people have earned.

I guess I am being really dingy right now but I still don't understand. XD I understand the 10 bonus for winning the game that is featured. What I meant by bonus. Did I get the 18 points from yesterday with the card game and then 20 points for today since it seemed it had reset? But then couldn't I get another 20 points for which ever game is released today as well? Well depending on when it is released. And does 20 pts=200 or just 20pts? XD Sorry.

there is no separate game for today. stealth bomber is featured today as well. on days where there is a new featured game (which is yesterday, tomorrow and monday-friday for the rest of epicon), there will not be any featured game from midnight until the next featured game is released. though we are looking into having featured games released close to midnight to be more fair to people on the other side of the world!

as for the last part of your question i can't really say. not because it's secret or anything, but because turning during-event actions into end-of-event points is rarely set in stone before we look at the statistics at the end.
