you have to use http://subeta.net/explore/caves_quest.php to get there

There's a link in the text for getting to the quests. You have to click the word "Iltallo" right above the image of the caves.

I dont recall seeing anything butt he speak to itallo(course my memory is shite)..but I'll look again when I can dig.

It's easy to miss if you're not looking for it. They should maybe put an extra space before the image or maybe make more of the words link to the quest instead of just his name

yeah there is that. though I would think they could just change the link to the prize shop or something by now lol
