I've been thinking about this for a few weeks now. I was wondering if it would be cool to have a 'Jurassic' pet color. Like, everything is changed to look it's "dinosaur' version of it. For example Feli could be a sabor toothed tiger and Antelphore could be modled after the Eucladoceros. Also, prehistoric looking pets such as velosotor and mortiking could be modeled after older dinosaurs, maybe ones that aren't as familiar (such as the carnotaurus). Maybe even add feathers, as they say that dinosaurs did have them. Another option is that pets don't have to just be exactly like prehistoric counterparts, but maybe can all have certain elements shared. Maybe they can all be a brown or orange color, or something along that line. Maybe they can kinda have a caveman look to them as well (although I'm aware pets can't have clothing but maybe a loincloth would suffice?). Anyway, that's the idea I had for awhile.

Omg I love your idea. I originally wanted to go to school for paleontology, but it didn't work out. Prehistoric animals are so amazing.

Eeeehhhh I'm gonna have to pass on this one. I think I get what you're saying but with so many canine and feline species they'd all look the same because, realistically, they came from same or similar ancestors. And what would we do about the dragon pets? And the birds would all end up looking like reptilian dinosaurs anyway. There's also pets like warador, and harvester, and a dozen other pets that aren't based on real life animals and wouldn't have a prehistoric version of them.

I hate to say it, but I'm gonna have to disagree on this one. Much as I love dinosaurs and extinct animals, it would be too much like the Tyrannian color on NeoPets.

This feels kinda neopets-ish to me...
