i'm looking to commission an artist for the following hairstyle from a manga called pet shop of horrors (also an anime, as you can see), please. ^_^

i understand that as this will be a tribute item, some changes will be necessary. i have some in mind, but i'm open to ideas, too! i also have an idea for the ci already. there will most likely be only one colour (black, which happens to be one of the proposed changes).
