Just editing to say it might be worth filing a ticket? The staff can often times be really good about cash shop items and issues with them!

On the plus side, your HA is amazing and your UN is awesome in combination. I'd suggest throwing the thing into your shop and just waiting. Or contacting a staff-member and seeing if you could get a redo on that, as said.
