Feedback - Item rejected due to lineart

So recently an item I've worked on was rejected for the following reasons:

ITEM: Shaky, rough or inconsistent lineart.
ITEM: Blurry artwork.
ITEM: Dithering and/or save quality issues.
OVERLAY: Think or weak lineart.
NOTE: For the most part, this just needs a few touch ups to the lineart!

So, I booted up Photoshop and broke out my inking pants. Here's the results so far and I'd love some help giving feedback on the updates. The changes are quite subtle right now:
